Trick -or -Treat?

We had a Thomas the Train costume but Charlie gave a very firm "no" to it.  He also gave a very firm "no" to anything at the store that I showed him so we went as a lumberjack.
He didn't like the hat at first but we snuck it on him while he was distracted.
It's not truly Halloween without a temper tantrum in the street.
The parts of Halloween that Charlie liked the most were:
a.  holding a flashlight
b.  knocking on doors
c. Putting stuff (he could careless if if was candy) into his pumpkin
d. carrying his pumpkin and saying it was "heaby'

Red White and Preppy

I'm a little behind, but this was from the 4th of July on our way to Boston. Charlie had no shortage of red white and blue outfits for the weekend.

Boston Fireworks

Charlie was a real trooper and had a fun time up on the roof.
The view before the fireworks is so cool too.
I feel like Mary Poppins up on that roof!

He Likes it Now!

It took a few tries and some coaxing from Dad, but Charlie likes the water now! He spent 4th of July floating around, then went to Uncle Dan's Marina pool and 2 days of swimming with Grandma and Grandpa in Connecticut. I had to explain to Charlie that although he went swimming 4 days in a row, he cannot go every day.

First Mothers Day

Well I got treated to a very nice first Mothers Day. It's really easy to be a mother so far, I just eat a little extra food and had to buy some new clothes......I have a feeling something about that will change though.

Tons of Turkey

We were ready for tons of turkey down at my Aunt Gina's house. We had a good crowd this year, all topped off with an eating contest.
