We're ready for more!

 After a few more rides for kids and adults we headed home. We are ready for all the other area amusement parks now.  Watch out Storyland!  

The best entertainment ever?

 Baer and Dan used Charlie as a decoy to wave to the unsuspecting log ride passengers. 

 They insert 25 cents. 

 The unsuspecting family is sprayed. 

Funniest thing ever.  

36"

 Charlie was exactly 36" tall so if he stood up really tall he was able to ride the kiddie rides all by himself.  Such a big boy!! 

Flying Teacups?

We sort of thought this was a kiddie ride, but it was really the spinning teacups that fly through the air.  

 Charlie was fine even when we spun it really fast (we know it was fast because we asked the ride operator to confirm that it was actually fast, not that it just felt fast to us) 

Charlie did fall over as soon as he walked through the exit gate.

 Dan and Kali invited us to Canobie Lake and Kali and I thought it was best to do the Starblaster as soon as we got there.  

 This is the face I make when I'm having fun I guess.  

Extremes

 We experienced the 2 extremes of culture  from Junk car racing in New Hampshire to a sculpture park in Massachusetts.  Charlie will be a well rounded boy. 

Parade = Best Activity Ever

 We called Lauren and Ryan at the last minute to see if they were going to the Patriot's day parade and they were. I figured the parade could go either way for Charlie of either loving it or me having to chase him all over because he could care less.  

 It turned out the Charlie LOVED the parade. It combined his 2 favorite activities of announcing that he sees a truck and waving.  

We hope to find another one again soon.  

Airport Lunch

 On the way up to Maine for Easter we stopped in NH for lunch at the Hampton Airfield (awesome place to eat and watch planes take off)  Karl was going to have lunch and then fly to Caribou so we were able to watch.  What is more cool than watching a plane take off?

In our new house we are sometimes in the landing path for Hanscom Airfield and see planes over the house.  Charlie points at them and says "Uncle Karl! "  

Trip to the Stone Zoo

I tried to pack as many fun things as I could into my last week home.  

 We had a good spot to see two bears wrestling behind that fence. 

I think Charlie could only see animals if they were actually moving although I'm pretty sure he could see this sleeping Jaguar.  

Where did we go?

 Where did we go on the boat?  We went to Star Island off of Portsmouth. It is  a religious based conference center that you could vacation at.  It was very interesting.  We got some ice cream and headed back through Kittery.
