Harris girls gone wild: Woburn Edition

Rain

 We finally got some rain to try out our new raincoat and rain boots.  

Wrapping it Up

 We finished up our visit to Maine with some riding of Baer's tractor from when he was a kid

 and swimming in Falmouth. Thanks for a great visit!

Grey Animal Park

 We did even more 'sploring at the Grey Animal Park 

Boothbay by Land

 Since we did Booth Bay be sea earlier this time we visited by land.  

 It was very delicious

All Aboard

Railway Village

 We did some walking around and exploring before our train ride. 

The goats were a little too friendly. 

No Way!

 We planned on visiting Boothbay Railway Village with the Connards. We knew Thomas weekend was the following weekend and would miss it. We did now know that we would see Thomas traveling down the highway on the way to the station.  We watched him get unloaded and hid away in a barn somewhere.  

I also had a give up my theory that Day with Thomas is a total hoax. I thought you would go to a railroad where they just hung a grey plastic face on a train they already had and called it Thomas.  Thomas is real though, he is a very useful engine. 

'Sploring

 Charlie loved 'sploring an Island we stopped at for lunch.

 We had a great time meeting Roxy and exploring Maine with Brian and Sarah

Few and Far Between

 We have not had many rainy days this summer but the few that we did have really got our fort building skills going.  

We Help Daddy

 Charlie, aka Spot, was very excited to help Baer finish the sand box. 

 Almost ready...

 All done! Now we are working on getting Charlie to play in it by himself.
