We Found One

We did see a parade the next day in Scituate. We met Erin and Nate and also Uncle Danny's friends Dan and Allyson who came with us too.
Charlie was a little high maintenance so these are the best pictures I could get.

Ready to Party!

Charlie was ready to party on his way to the Saint Patrick's day parade.  It was a little hard to find the parade considering it was in Lexington Kentucky, not Massachusetts.

Saying Goodbye.

We were all sad to leave.  Charlie said good bye to the fish.
He said goodbye to the palm trees.
Thanks for such a great visit Dee and Richard!

Safety First

Charlie is very safe.  He likes to keep the cabinets and doors closed, he likes to hold your hand near the pool, he likes to put things away. Now he has learned how important sun safety is.

Giraffes and Zebras

Hey Dad, do you see those thing?

One of the things I learned in photography class was to watch out for things growing out of your head in the background…well that part was failed in this photograph on multiple accounts.

Going to the Zoo.

We knew that if we didn't try to leave the house we would just end up staying put all week so we took a quick trip to the Naples zoo.  It was very hot. Almost 90!!!! Even though it was later in the afternoon some of the animals were pretty active.

The lions were not at all active, but at least they were in view.

Unplanned Visit

Charlie wanted to take a quick pit stop at the Bonita Spring walk in clinic.  He had a double ear infection so we got him all fixed up for our next adventure.
He also grew some new teeth that we didn't know about until they were basically all the way in.
Some signs we should have picked up on that Charlie had an ear infection…
1.  Putting Bacon in his ears at breakfast.
2.  Putting breadsticks in his ears at dinner.
We finally picked up on it when he had a fever and I could pretty much smell it.
Sorry buddy.

Trying Dinner

Charlie  and Richard got all dressed up to go out to dinner. Little did we know that at this point Charlie was not at all intending to sit at the table and eat.  He just wanted to walk around and give high fives and wave to pretty girls.

More Pooltime!

Charlie was very safe around the pool, he wanted to  hold your hand when he got near it, but once he started swimming he was ready to jump right in!
