Here is the full film crew, and one of the cars at the event. Baer seems to be actually filming something. Kevin thought he needed a more preppy name to work at such an event. How does Humidor Commodore III sound?

Danny and Kevin were on hand to serve as the film crew. They took their jobs very seriously, dressed the part, and in their words "Directed the S#@% out of it"

Newport Scouting Mission

I really took scouting to another level down on the water front.

Baer had a film a car show on Sunday down in Newport so we went down on Saturday to scout some of the areas out. Here's the tunnel the cars were going to have to drive through.

Dreamhouse

I forgot to post a picture of where we stayed on Nantucket. Besides the awesome location of this house I would live in it anywhere. It's perfect and the house I will measure all other houses by.

Cleaned up

Here we are after finishing our garden. Baer and Dean did their share of yard work too that day. I figured I'd post a cleaned up picture of us from Georgia too. We clean up alright.

Real Farmville

So yes I admit to playing farmville, but a few weeks ago I quit. Cold turkey. I did however get involved in real farmville at Dean and Amanda's house. They offered to split their gardening plots with us that they have in their backyard. So, a few weekends ago we got everything ready to go. Here we are planting our fruit plot. We have strawberries, blueberries and watermelon.

Daffodil Festival, Nantucket Style

Baer's Aunt Dee and her friend Gretchen invited us out to Nantucket for the weekend for the Daffodil Festival. Now I've been to many daffodil festivals, but only out of Meriden, CT. This was a little different. I even learned how to judge daffodils....torn trumpet........no good, mitten paws...........no good.

The Wedding.....Finally

The ceremony and reception were beautiful BC and Angela did a wonderful job planning all of their events, so awesome in fact that we will be adopting some of their ideas for our wedding.

Rehearsal Dinner and 80s party?

Yup that's correct. After the rehearsal dinner was a full blown 80s party. This authentic band member brought the 80s back big time.

Sea Island Georgia Day 2

The beach was close by so I had time to go for a few walks in between parties. There were a lot of sand dollars and a lot of nice houses to check out.

Southern Welcome Party

The first night we had a Southern Welcome Party to attend with mini grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, and a beautiful setting.

Sea Island Georgia Day 1

First up on our list of adventures is our trip to Sea Island, Georgia. Our friends BC and Angela got married there and threw a 4 day affair for their family and friends. We rented a huge house for the weekend with 11 bathrooms and a room solely dedicated to ping pong.

The Beginning

Well, we are here.....the blog commitment. Our friends have done a spectacular job at blogging their lives and pictures we are going to do our best to keep up. The reasons I think we are blogworthy....1. We live in a different state than most of our family and many of our friends. 2. We do some pretty cool stuff. 3. Baer takes tons of pictures and now we have a place to share the best of them. and 4. We have a lot of big events coming up so there's no better time to start one.
